However, some of our products do contain honey and/or beeswax for their natural benefits. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for your Gently Radiant products.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure its safe arrival. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
Unfortunately, we can only accept returns for unopened and unused items.

Once we receive your returned items and inspect them, we will send you a confirmation email within 5 business days. This email will notify you if your return is approved and a refund is being issued.
Once your return is approved, it will take an additional 5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original form of payment.
