GENTLE TOWELS™ CLINICAL STUDY
Independent Testing. Measurable Outcomes. Real-World Use
Gentle Towels™ has been evaluated in two independent clinical studies designed to assess both skin compatibility and visible skin outcomes when used as part of a daily cleansing routine. Each study answers a different — and equally important — question.

Method
Gentle Towels were assessed for skin compatibility under occlusive conditions using Finn Chambers or equivalent occlusive patch systems.
Participants received nine induction patch applications, each worn for 47 or 71 hours over a 3-week induction period.
This was followed by a 2-week rest phase. Challenge patches were subsequently applied for 48 hours. Skin reactions were evaluated at 1 hour and 48 hours post-removal.

What These Results Mean — & What They Don’t
The two clinical studies did not evaluate a serum, cleanser, or medicated treatment. Instead, they assessed skin compatibility and outcomes associated with Gentle Towels™—a dry, clean towel used without additives. In the second study, results were achieved through a simple habit change: replacing reusable fabric towels with a fresh, single-use Gentle Towels™ after cleansing.
See how Gentle Towels™ fit into your routineThe observed improvements are attributed to clean, low-friction skin contact and avoiding the reintroduction of moisture, residue, and bacteria to freshly cleansed skin.
Why Two Studies Matter
Together, these studies demonstrate that Gentle Towels™ are:
Associated with visible improvements in skin appearance when used consistently
Safe for repeated skin contact, including sensitive skin
Supportive of skin barrier health
