This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works for orders placed on the Gently Radiant Skin website.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the Continental United States only.
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories. We also do not currently ship internationally.
We will update this page when we begin shipping to non-continental U.S. locations (including Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and U.S. territories) and international destinations.
Shipping Options & Rates (Continental U.S.)
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75 (3–7 business days)
- $19 Standard Shipping on orders under $75 (3–7 business days)
- $39 Express Shipping (1–2 business days)
Shipping timeframes are estimates and begin after your order ships.
Order Processing Time
Orders typically process within 1–2 business days (24–48 hours) before shipping.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, email customerservice@gentlyradiantskin.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or shipped.
Delays & Delivery Issues
Carrier delays can happen due to weather, peak shipping periods, or other events outside our control. If your package appears delayed or marked delivered but not received, please contact us and we will assist with next steps.

When we begin shipping to non-continental U.S. locations and international destinations, we will update this page with rates, timelines, and—if applicable—customs and import fee guidance.
