REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day guarantee on eligible items purchased directly from the Gently Radiant Skin website. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of the purchase date by emailing Returns@gentlyradiantskin.com.

Return eligibility requirements

A return may be approved only if:

  • Your request is made within 30 days of purchase, and
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (including any seals intact, if applicable), and
  • The item is returned in the condition it was received (not damaged due to personal handling).

Items not eligible for return 

Due to sanitation standards, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Gentle Towels™ (sanitized and single-use)
  • Any product that has been opened or used
  • Items that are tampered with, not in original condition, or filled with other substances
  • Items damaged from personal use (e.g., dropped, spilled, mishandled)
  • Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards
  • Free gifts (except when included in a qualifying bundle return; see below)

Kits, Sets, Bundles & Free Gifts

If you purchased a kit, set, or bundle, returns must be made as a complete set. We cannot accept partial returns or issue partial refunds.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • All items included in the kit/set/bundle must be returned together, and
  • Any free gifts included with the kit/set/bundle must also be returned, and
  • All items in the kit/set/bundle (including free gifts) must individually meet our return eligibility requirements (for example: unused, unopened, in original packaging, and not excluded due to sanitation standards).

If any item in the kit/set/bundle is not eligible for return, the entire kit/set/bundle return will not qualify for a refund.

Items purchased from other retailers

Only products purchased directly from the Gently Radiant Skin website are eligible for returns. Items purchased from other retailers or marketplaces are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange through Gently Radiant Skin.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Returns@gentlyradiantskin.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label (if possible)

We will work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If your return is eligible, we recommend requesting a return (per the requirements above) and placing a new order.

Return shipping and refunds

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (incorrect, damaged, or defective item).
  • Refunds (if approved) are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing, plus additional time depending on your payment provider.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when required by law or if the issue is due to our error.

Policy protection and return limits

Gently Radiant Skin reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements outlined above, or any return that appears to be misuse or abuse of this policy.

After two (2) returns, additional return eligibility may be limited or reviewed on a case-by-case basis, including consideration of order history and the nature of prior return requests.
